I was thrilled to be asked by THE O JEWELRY to style their media dinner to showcase their upcoming new collection. This particular collection was inspired by the work of French artist Henri Matisse and so it seemed only right to incorporate this inspiration into my own designs for the event; copies of Matisse’s sketches, vintage art books, paint pots and a table runner that was hand painted especially for this event were just a few of the details.

TULIPANO provided her magic touch with the florals keeping them natural and whimsical in her distinct style.

It was a beautiful candlelit dinner that celebrated the beautiful jewels and designs of THE O JEWELRY

This editorial shoot came together with a wonderful bunch of like minded artists ready to celebrate the whimsical and free spirited. My inspiration for the styling of the shoot came from our forest setting, reminiscent of springtime, new beginnings and rejuvenation.

New pieces from the HOUSE OF MOIRAI bridal collection complemented the setting perfectly and we managed to demonstrate how changing simple accessories can drastically change the look of a dress.

Accessories and props inspired by nature from WHITE MOSS and in a neutral palette provided enhanced our beautiful backdrops as they slipped into the scenery beautifully.

We were thrilled when NATELEE COCKS agreed to capture all the magic with her ethereal and elegant style.

Flowers provided by  TULIPANO, hair and make up by DIANA MAUER and CHARLOTTE HUDDERS was our stunning model.

Baby showers are such magical occasions and I was thrilled to be part of this one back in March. The ladies wanted to host a traditional afternoon tea style shower and so I had great fun using our most vintage pieces from the INVENTORY to create this set up. TULIPANO created the most beautiful floral arrangements in our silver vintage goblets as well as a stunning green leafed runner for our signage. As you may have guessed, the shower was for a baby girl and so feminine touches completed the whole look against furniture hired from INNOVATIVE HIRING.

I absolutely love styling events that allow me to get creative, speak to my aesthetic and are for wonderful clients and this beautiful dinner ticked all of those boxes. Valentine’s Day was the inspiration behind this birthday dinner and I had great joy in creating the details to make this event unique.

Designing paper fortune tellers took me right back to my childhood and worked well as a little fun favour for each of the guests. ‘XO’ cookies from DANA EATS were a beautiful edible detail and I rolled out my favourite gold leaf to create name cards for everyone. A lounge and cocktail area in the courtyard outside was the perfect space for guests to mingle and relax before dancing the night away.

Florals by BLISS and furniture from INNOVATIVE HIRING finished this event off perfectly.
